Vanessa Dyer is a Registered Dietitian and supernerd. She has a passion and obsession in women’s health. She created Menopause Prep to help women learn about their bodies and health, spread awareness of what menopause means for our wellbeing and provide a holistic proactive approach to improving symptoms.
We will also be offering free 3D body scans and discussing your results and providing practical advice on how to lower your risk of heart disease.
