Shanna is the owner of Love Your Body, but she was a client first. She cares deeply about helping people, especially women, build a confident mindset so they can live their best life possible. She has a Master's in marketing with an emphasis in health communication, where she studied non-communicable disease and behavior change. She spent 15 years as a healthcare executive helping people lead healthier lives.

She is also a wife and s-mom to 4 kiddos.

Claire Darang, APRN

Claire is the Medical Director for Love Your Body and oversees all of the medical services, including the IV therapy, intramuscular shots, weight loss medication and hormone therapy. She is trained in family medicine with extensive experience in weight loss, IV and hormone therapy. She is passionate about helping women lead healthy lives and brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to the practice.
