Safety Rules & Etiquette
Many of our services occur behind a closed door with one or more practitioners who may provide hands on treatments. You may or may not be fully clothed. You will be provided a cover up, such as a robe. We require that you wear appropriate under garments, including underwear or briefs and a bra (for women). If you feel uncomfortable at any time, please communicate this with your specialist. You have the right to stop the session at any time. Likewise, if at anytime our specialist feels uncomfortable, they have the right to stop the session.
In the interest of providing a safe, legal, and healthy environment for all clients and staff members, the use of tobacco and/or other nicotine products, including but not limited to smokeless tobacco or e-cigarettes, marijuana, alcohol and illegal drugs is prohibited on premises. If anyone is believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, we reserve the right to deny entry and/or remove that person from the premises and contact the local authorities. We reserve the right to remove any client from the premises and/or revoke/suspend/terminate the membership of any member who fails to follow our rules or for any reasons of nuisance, disturbance, moral turpitude or fraud. Refunds will not be provided in any of these instances.
To ensure that all our clients enjoy their visit, we politely ask you to keep noise to a minimum. All clients are required to turn off all cell phones or place them in silent mode upon entering the facility.
We value your relationship and are committed to your maximum comfort and safety.
Appointment Policy
We reserve time for you and your treatment on our schedule. This time may include reserving a room, machine and/or a specialist. In order to provide the best treatment and experience, we require all of the time reserved for you. Appointments are often times back to back to accommodate our patient needs and demand. Out of respect for all of our patients and staff, and to ensure a timely and efficient appointment experience, we follow a set of appointment policies for late arrivals, cancellations and missed appointments.
Late Arrivals - If you are running late, please call or text to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate lateness, but do not guarantee you will receive your full treatment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment and may be subject to an appointment cancellation fee.
Cancellations - If you are unable to make an appointment, we ask that you reschedule as soon as possible to make room for other patients. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged an appointment cancellation fee.
Missed Appointments - If you miss an appointment and do not provide any notice, you will forfeit your service and will be charged a cancellation fee.
A credit card or active treatment credit is required to book future appointments. Cancellation fees are $50 on weekdays and $100 on weekends and will be charged to the card on file. If you do not have a card on file, a treatment credit will be used. We know life can happen, so we are committed to remain flexible and reasonable and to offer grace when warranted (at our discretion).
Expiration
The treatments we offer are only effective when used cumulatively. As a result, you must uses treatments within a given time period to experience results. Therefore, all sessions have an expiration date as follows unless otherwise noted on your treatment package.
If package amount is 20 or more per treatment/area:
- NMS sessions expire 120 days after the date of purchase.
- Cryoskin sessions expire 12 months after the date of purchase.
- Vacuum Therapy expires 6 months after the date of purchase.
- All other services will expire in 12 months from date of purchase.
If package amount is 10-19 per treatment/area:
- NMS sessions expire 60 days after the date of purchase.
- Cryoskin sessions expire 6 months after the date of purchase.
- Vacuum Therapy expires 3 months after the date of purchase.
- All other services will expire in 6 months from date of purchase.
If package amount is 9 or fewer per treatment/area:
- NMS sessions expire 30 days after the date of purchase.
- Cryoskin sessions expire 3 months after the date of purchase.
- Vacuum Therapy expires 3 months after the date of purchase.
- All other services will expire in 6 months from date of purchase.
If purchased in a monthly membership plan:
- All sessions expire based on the rules of the membership plan. Credits do not carry over from one month to the next.
All items purchased in before August 20, 2023 have valid expiration dates logged in the system per the former policy, which was 60 days for NMS treatments and 6 months for Cryo and all other services. Items purchased in 2022 are considered to be expired and will not be honored.
Refund Policy
While we strive to deliver the best results possible and promise to work hard for you and champion your success, every body is different and everyone will experience different results. We cannot guarantee results nor offer a refund for used, partially used or unused packages, treatments or memberships. All sales are final and non-refundable. All packages must be used before their expiration date and cannot be exchanged, refunded, credited or transferred. Memberships must be cancelled within the cancellation policy.
