Start with a pre-consultation with our Registered Nurse to answer your questions and make sure you are a good candidate for the program before making an upfront investment. You can perform this visit by telephone or in our office.
Step 2: Medical Consult
After your nurse consult, we will get you scheduled to complete your medical consultation with our medical director via telehealth. You will receive medical forms to complete online. During the visit, you will review your medical history together, ensure you are a good candidate for the program.
Step 3: Medication
Next, you'll receive your medication for as little as $99 per month. We can ship it directly to your home, or you can pick it up at our clinic. You can also self-administer the injection or have our nurse do it for you.

Schedule your $0 pre-consultation online and discuss your health and weight loss goals. A credit card is required to reserve an appointment, but you won't be charged.
Step 2
Schedule a $0 medical consultation via our HIPAA compliant telehealth platform. No need to wait weeks or months to get an appointment.
Step 3
Once approved, your prescription is sent to a pharmacy who will ship the pure medication to your doorstep (or our clinic - your choice). You can choose to have 3 months delivered at one time, or pay as you go month-to-month.
Step 4
We check in with you to make sure you are getting the most out of our program. You will also have exclusive access to all of the wellness services and spa amenities in our Restoration Room, including 3D body scans to help you track and measure your progress along the way, an infrared sauna, compression therapy, red light therapy and more!

The Difference Between Semaglutide
& Tirzepatide
Tirzepatide is similar to Semaglutide, but more powerful. Both medicines work by binding to the GLP-1 receptor to reduce food intake and increase insulin sensitivity. Semaglutide is a single GLP-1 receptor agonist.
Tirzepatide, on the other hand, is a dual agonist, meaning it targets both the GLP-1 and glucagon receptors and includes an additional hormone - G1H. This is a natural hormone your body produces in limited amounts, so this medication acts as a supplement for it.
Tirzepatide may be more effective for weight loss and is intended for patients with more than 30 lbs to lose. We generally recommend starting with Semaglutide, and then moving to Tirzepatide for patients who have significant weight to lose. This will all be discussed in your medical consult.

How The Semaglutide Program Works
Semaglutide and Tirzepatide help patients eat less and feel fuller when they do eat by targeting an area in the brain (called GLP-1 receptors) that regulate your appetite. You'll feel fuller quicker, and it lasts longer, allowing you to forget about cravings and get on with your life!
The Medical Weight Loss program is designed to be undertaken from the comfort of your own home and administered weekly as subcutaneous (under the skin) self-injections. Just inject once a week and watch your weight drop. We also have a nursing staff who can administer the shots for you in the office, but it is so easy, you really won’t need the extra help. But we're here for you if you do!
